In the Cottonwood Stone Circle at Earth Sanctuary, a large ring of standing stones encloses inner basalt columns and seating stones, forming an outdoor room within a nature reserve.

The grounds also hold a labyrinth, a stupa and other constructed works, all part of a personal environment with an explicit spiritual program.
